Erin works closely with Pekin Hardy clients to create comprehensive financial plans to address each client’s individual needs and circumstances. She works with clients across the firm, helping individuals and families articulate and plan for their financial goals. She creates plans and models to help clients prepare for retirement, purchasing homes, paying for college, and a myriad of other financial opportunities and challenges. She also regularly writes on personal finance topics for the Pekin Hardy Strauss Navigator series.
Prior to joining Pekin Hardy in 2018, Erin spent six years working in nonprofit philanthropy. She worked as an individual and institutional fundraiser for Court Theatre on the University of Chicago campus and as an institutional fundraiser for The Trust for Public Land.
Erin is a long-time Chicagoan and lives in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. She is proudly married to a member of the United States Air Force.
Erin is a member of the Chicago Public Library Foundation’s Associate Council and regularly volunteers with her alma mater. Outside the office, Erin trains at Aloft Circus Arts and enjoys running, cooking, baking, reading, and travel.
